Laphroaig Select is a fine whisky, good nose with hints of citrus. The taste is smooth and on the palate there are fine notes of citrus fruits followed by darker oaky and sherry notes. The finish is its strongest point, lasting well on the palate with warm winter flavors. Overall a fantastic whisky and certainly holds it's own in this price bracket.
