Camino Real Gold Tequila is a golden-appearing drink with a specific mild flavor and aroma of the blue agave. Its golden amber-like color results from the drink seasoning in oak barrels which adds a light bitterish-sweet subtone to the taste.
The agaves used in making Camino Real grow in fields at 2,000 meters above sea level, hence the name Camino, i.e. “high” in Spanish.
